RESOURCES FOR CAMPUS REPRESENTATIVES
Network schools are invited to name up to three Campus Representatives to serve as liaisons between their institution and the Lilly Network.
These representatives may be appointed from the following areas: 1) Administrative Representative; 2) Faculty Representative from Humanities and/or Arts; 3) Faculty Representative from STEM, Social Scientific, and/or Professional fields.
Exceptions to these distinctions are permitted.

Attend:
The Lilly Network National Conference; registration, lodging, and food are free; representatives pay only for travel.
If you are a Senior Administrator, the Workshop for Senior Administrators: attend free of charge with a travel reimbursement up to $600.

Nominate:
Up to three undergraduates from your institution for the Lilly Graduate Fellows Program
Teams in your institution to participate in the Lilly Faculty Fellows Program
A member of your faculty for the biennial Arlin G. Meyer Prize
Network with representatives and members of other Network schools at Network conferences and in service to the Network.
Serve:
as referees
as selection committee members for Network awards and projects
as a member of the Lilly National Network Board
RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend:
The Lilly Network National Conference.
Oversee:
The nomination process of up to three undergraduates from your institution for the Lilly Graduate Fellows Program.
The nomination of a faculty member at your campus for the biennial Arlin G. Meyer Prize and communicate the call for nominations for the biennial Lilly Network Book Award.
Encourage:
Faculty and administrators at your institutions to apply for Networkgrants and fellowships.
Senior administrators to attend the annual Lilly Network Workshop for Senior Administrators.
Participation by faculty and administration in Network activities on your campus or in your region.
Communicate:
To faculty and administrators at your campus
Opportunities to attend Network Conferences, Workshops, and Exchanges
The activities of the Network by passing on: brochures; the Lilly Network Update, the electronic newsletter of the Network; and Network publications—in short, keeping your campus aware of its membership in the Network.
With the other Network representative(s) at your campus about Network responsibilities and representation.
To the Lilly Network office changes in representatives, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and presidents or chief academic officers.
With your President and the Lilly Network Office regarding payment of annual dues (the Network office corresponds directly with the president’s office at your institution regarding dues payment and will copy you on this correspondence).
