All grant applicants must complete this form before submitting a grant proposal. If you are interested in writing for any Lilly Network grant, please complete this form to declare your interest and help Lilly Network staff plan and coordinate the granting process. The DOI Form must be submitted by September 1, 2026 in order to be eligible for a grant for the 2027-2028 Academic Year.
